Workshop 8 – November 11: Strategies for Managing Pressures and Increasing Resilience

This workshop will address challenges and frustrations about the many pressures that women face and offer strategies to tackle these pressures and to build resilience for the long term. Key takeaways will include distinguishing what elements contribute to the pressures, gaining an awareness of how everyday pressures impact work and lives, learning to interrupt the pressure cycle before it leads to burnout, and creating a plan to put the insights into action.
