2022 GovWFollowMyLead Graduation
Congratulations Everyone! This is the date where you graduate from the 2022 GovWFollowMyLead Program. At graduation, we want to celebrating your achievements:
– Your resilience in continuing with the Program despite continued uncertainty with world events, including sky-high inflation, a shaky economy and unpredictable climate issues affecting many of us.
– Your growth from insights, tips and strategies you learnt in the Program to add to your skills and knowledge arsenal
– Your authenticity in being willing to be vulnerable, accountable and supportive with your teammates in your Mentorship Huddles
– Your accomplishments in setting, aiming for, adjusting and/or achieving in one or many goals you set for yourself in 2022.
– Your awesomeness in willing to invest in yourself by coming to the Program, doing the required hard work to apply what you have learnt to improve your professional and personal lives and in paying it forward by helping to empower and support your colleagues.
As part of the graduation, you will get to hear from the Huddle Mentors on their insights about their Huddle teams. We also want to take this opportunity to thank all our wonderful Huddle Mentors for what they have done in this Program this year,
You will also get to enjoy wonderful entertainment from a great female comedienne at this graduation:
Meaghan Elwood is a native Seattleite, mom and Interior Designer. She started doing comedy in 2014 after a friend’s nagging became just too much to bear. She was honored to take part in last year’s Seattle International Comedy Competition and is very excited to join the ‘Ladies of Laughter’ tour this March. When not on a stage, she loves traveling the world with her husband Dr. Wonderful. She is thrilled to be here!
