Description
This “Working Together on Our Goals” is a mini four-part series under The Koa Club’s “Totally Random But Really Useful Skills Series” with a unique topic each quarter of 2020 presented by a different speaker specially designed to help you with creating short term and long term goals, learning useful tools such as journaling and visioning to help with attaining those goals, and of course, understanding how to measure and remaining accountable for achievement of your goals. Setting goals not only motivates us, but it can also help us with our mental health and our level of success in both business and in life.
This event on “Creating Your Intentions” is Part 1 of this mini-series. We welcome you to come to any or all four free events of this mini-series.
Creating Your Intentions
“Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.” Tony Robbins
It’s a brand new year and it’s time to get serious about setting our goals for the year and laying down the foundation towards completing our goals. Goals give us direction in our lives and provide a target for us to go after. They force us to get outside of our comfort zones and push ourselves towards achieving something that we want.
At this event, we will work on the tools and techniques of effective goal setting for your personal or professional life, including setting goals that align with your values, goals that you can control and how to deal with obstacles that may force you to deviate from your goals. We ask that everyone who attends this event be willing to share their personal stories in past goal accomplishments or failure, so we can all learn from each other.
