As we stand at the start of the next three months summer, it’s a natural time to pause, reset, and refocus your energy and resources for the quarter ahead. This is when wise women leaders take a power pause – for themselves personally and professionally… and in our current intense and changing times, we need this pause more than ever.
One way to look at what is happening in the world right now is as an invitation for a personal and global power pause. Normally, we are all moving so fast, just trying to keep up, that we don’t have the space to consider if where we are going is where we actually want to go.
With such a degree of uncertainty in the field it can feel paralyzing or confusing as to where to focus – so you focus on the wrong things, or try to do too much or too little. You can get stuck in reactive mode vs. feeling empowered to chart your course forward.
Your mind wants certainty and answers, but there’s a deeper intuitive wisdom within you that actually knows exactly how to navigate the months and year ahead. We need access to both our intellect and our intuition to navigate the path ahead.
On our own, it can be hard to tap into that wisdom. To discern between what’s really the best use of our energy and resources.
Which is why are gathering on May 27th – to tap into the structure of the Power Pause and the sisterhood of The Koa Club to gain clarity, conjure up courage for the steps forward.
We’ll go through a three step process, to:
Reset. Get grounded and rooted in the present moment, so you can make wise choices personally and professionally.
Tune in. Tap into the possibility of how you could act, move and choose from here – so instead of reacting or creating overwhelm, you create what’s next from conscious intention and direction.
Refocus. Refocus your energy and resources for the short-term and mid-term so you have what you need to be sustained, and you also continue to achieve your goals, desires
You’ll leave with clarity on what to focus on in the next 6 weeks, and the next quarter.
You’ll leave feeling more rooted and clear within yourself.
You’ll exhale as you take the pressure off to figure it all out.
You’ll leave more connected to your intuitive knowing about how to move through this global transformation in a way that you are sustained, and set up to thrive.
