Virtual Walks/Jogs/Runs

Description
Based on CDC guidelines where gatherings of 10 people or more are highly discouraged, we decided to suspend our regular Tuesday Green Lake runs and instead, we are having a Virtual walk/jog/run instead every other Tuesday.
What does a Virtual walk/jog/run mean? It simply means you make an effort to walk, jog or run inside or outside on your own at a distance of your choice on Tuesdays and then come online at the designated time to let us know where you walked/jogged/ran, how long you did it for, what you are training for (if anything), and what else are you doing to stay in shape in the meantime.
You don’t have to register to do the Virtual walks/jogs/runs. Just come online onto the Zoom link and share your walk/jog/run report and meet others who are doing the same:
You don’t need a meeting password.
Our goal is to help provide support for one other to stay in shape while socially isolated at this time (especially since our gyms are now all closed!).
We welcome any members or non-members of The Koa Club for this recurring Tuesday event.
