Micha Goebig, Founder and CEO of Go Big Coaching & Communications

This is part of our 2024 monthly series called The Good Selfish.

This month we will be talking about The Art of Mindful Self-Care and Pampering

When you hear the advise to “put on your own oxygen mask first”, have you every wondered why nobody mentions that you are already in a major crisis when the oxygen masks come out?!

At the next event in our “The Good Selfish” series, we delve into the delicate balance between true self-care and pampering. Learn to discern between essential self-care practices (yes, regular dental hygiene is one of them!) versus treats like spa visits and bubble baths. Let’s discuss if, and why, both aspects may be vital and deserving of your time. We’ll explore the importance of prioritizing self-care without guilt, emphasizing that nurturing oneself is not selfish but necessary for resilience and well-being. Join us in embracing the art of mindful self-care and pampering, long before the need to don any oxygen masks arises.
