Description

It’s time to redefine success for today’s modern woman. Our pursuit of society’s definition of success – power, respect and wealth – is creating an epidemic known as burnout.

If we don’t take success into our own hands, we will continue to pay the price in terms of our health and well being.

Redefining Success is a conversation about the ways in which success is a personal experience; independent from others thoughts, or decisions about us.  When we shift our focus and meaning of success, it has a different impact in the world.

We will explore what impact it creates and how it greatly affects the world we live in.

Please join us for this conversation to redefine success so we, as women, can continue to rise and lead others to do the same.

This is Part 1 of the “Developing Your Career Path Forward” which is a three-part mini series under The Koa Club’s “Follow My Lead Series” with a unique topic presented throughout the year by a different speaker, specially designed to help you with thinking smartly about your career path, understanding how we should view the achievement of success, and how to tackle common challenges in developing your career to the next level. We welcome you to come to any or all three events of this mini-series.
