Join us while we discuss and learn what our very own Radical Well Being looks like. Outline the steps you are going to take to increase your well-being. Learn where your self-care habits support your well-being and where it might get in the way of it. Learn the impacts of stress and sleep on our lives, bodies and relationships while learning practices to improve our overall well-being.

About the Speaker
Annie Fitzgerald is a leadership and life coach, a communication strategist, a mother and a community builder. Her courage as a cancer survivor and parent are inspiring. Her life experience has shifted her perception of life from one of struggle and suffering to one of gratitude and joy.
An engaging and experienced Leadership and Life Coach, Annie is committed to every aspect of her client’s lives. She has the innate ability to communicate and connect with people to create unprecedented understanding, connection, awareness and results.
With over three thousand hours in coaching, Annie is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. Annie has completed two International Coach Federation approved training programs and has spent six years training individuals to become executive and life coaches. Annie was honored as the 2014 Coach of the Year through the Washington State International Coach Federation.
Before coaching, Annie held a leadership role with the nonprofit organization United Cerebral Palsy of King and Snohomish Counties where she managed teams and oversaw and trained staff. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and English from Eastern Michigan University. Annie has traveled extensively to more than 40 countries, is an avid reader, and is a cross-fit and yoga junkie. She is a cancer survivor and supports her husband as he lives with cancer. Annie lives with her husband, two children and a small posse of animals in Seattle, WA.
