Becca Adler, Founder of Becca Adler LLC,  is a professional coach, speaker, writer, and mother of two daughters. She helps working women in survival mode thrive and find career fulfillment. She left her career of 20 years to do something she never thought she would do – become an entrepreneur to create more flexibility and freedom in her busy life. She has made it her mission to inspire and empower other working women to live the life they really want.

Becca Adler is a graduate of Accomplishment Coaching (an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program) and a member of the International Coaching Federation. Prior to starting her own business, she was a marketing professional for 20 years helping small businesses grow and engage their customer bases. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and has served as the past-President and current volunteer for the American Marketing Association, Puget Sound since 2007.
