Come learn to make scrumptious cocktails with us at Cure Cocktail with a 90-minute hands course that teaches a new set of drinks. REAL bar equipment: shakers, pours, jiggers, strainers, stirrers, specialty glasses, bar mats, ice bins and a stocked mix speed wells & more. You’ll get a hard copy of all the materials including bar setup tips, and recipe breakdowns to take home after the course is finished. We’ll go over and sample these classic recipes in this hands-on 90-minute course. You’ll also learn everything from pour counts to insider tips to get your home bar started.

Cure Cocktail Bar & Charcuterie is a unique hidden bar full of specialty meats, cheeses and cocktails. A neighborhood bar for locals, bring your dates or friends to Capitol Hill’s hidden gem. Cure serves up everything from fine artisanal cocktails to tall boy Kokanees. Cure features huge windows and a patio overlooking Cal Anderson Park, for your people watching pleasure. Cure is proud to call the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle home for 7 years! The menu is purely inspired by the love of food from around the world, particularly the long standing traditions & styles of charcuterie throughout Europe. The full menu is available until 1:30 am to cater to hungry industry folk and others looking for a late night snack! A well-appointed selection of wine, beer & spirits are available until 2 am.
