What is the Featured Panelists Spotlight?

Our Featured Panelists Spotlight will be held on a Wednesday of each month. During the Featured Panelists Spotlight, we invite guest panelists to share their experiences, insights, tips and strategies that they have found to be effective in their professional or personal lives when tackling the featured topic for the month.

The What, Why, and How for Having Accountability Partners 

Even though most people tend to avoid it, accountability works. According to Pearson’s Law — when performance is measured, it improves; when performance is measured and reported, it accelerates improvement. Research studies have shown that committing your goals to someone else gives you at least a 65% chance of completing them and having a specific accountability partner increases your chance of success to 95%. We grow most when we are uncomfortable, so it makes sense that when people think of an accountability partner, they shy away. This panel aims to help us understand the role of accountability partners so that we can continue to grow together.
