Whether it’s addressing conflicts with a colleague or client, providing constructive feedback, or negotiating a delicate issue with your boss, these interactions can be emotionally charged and challenging to navigate. In order to maintain a high level of productivity, a positive work environment is absolutely essential. Although many aspects of the workplace are completely under your control, there will be occasions when you feel uncomfortable and like you have no clue what to do, and the only control you have is how you react.That’s why learning how to handle difficult conversations with grace and professionalism is an essential skill for any successful work environment.
