Our Featured Panelists Spotlight will be held on a Wednesday of each month. During the Featured Panelists Spotlight, we invite guest panelists to share their experiences, insights, tips and strategies that they have found to be effective in their professional or personal lives when tackling the featured topic for the month.

Intrapreneurship- Fostering Innovation Inside

It’s now a skill company leaders search for in their employees, the desire to harness the power of a creative workforce. The rising term for this phenomenon is coined intrapreneurship. Intrapreneurs potential exists to advance their organizations into unknown and innovative places.This is how companies improve, by supporting the ingenuity of the people dedicated to their causes.

Similar skills are required for both the entrepreneur and the intrapreneur, including leadership, innovation and adaptability. Their ideas better the conditions of their work, and their employer must be willing to take on the risk to encourage and implement their ideas.
