June Featured Topic – Important Relationships For Building a Successful Career
Ask any business leader the secret of their success, and it won’t be long before they mention relationships. “It takes a whole village to raise one child,” as the African proverb says. In your career, one of the most important things you can do is build a village of your own.
According to research, the 7 types of workplace relationships include coworkers, team members, workplace friends, managers, mentors, mentees and competitors. Our panelists will discuss the most important aspect of these relationships and how to use them effectively.
