Description

What is the Featured Panelists Spotlight?

Our Featured Panelists Spotlight will be held on a Wednesday of each month. During the Featured Panelists Spotlight, we invite guest panelists to share their experiences, insights, tips and strategies that they have found to be effective in their professional or personal lives when tackling the featured topic for the month.

January Featured Topic – Best Practices For Influencing Without Authority

Influencing without authority is an important skill for any leader. Whether you are a team lead, the manager of a team, founding a startup, or overseeing projects and resources, the ability to influence without authority can help you boost your career. It is defined by the ability to influence others without having any power over them.

The gaining popularity of modern-day influencers show us that influence is more powerful than authority.  You don’t have to be the CEO, investor, or even the most senior person in the room to have influence over others in your life.
