If left unresolved, the impact it can have on a persons business and personal performance can be significant,

During this session, Mindest & Confidence Coach, Rebecca Sparks, will discuss how you can transition away from this unhelpful & draining habit and begin replacing these default behaviors with more helpful and productive responses.
