Topic of the Month: Intrapreneurship and Innovation 

Once a month on a Friday, The Koa Club hosts an online Huddle focused on women supporting other women in their professional and personal endeavors. Join us in fellowship with other professional women to foster community, empower each other and provide ongoing collaborative opportunities, which we believe to be crucially important, especially during these particularly challenging times. We want to build a culture where women can get inspired, support, learn, share resources and information, and have a safe place to ask questions and be vulnerable, authentic and open.

Leading Change at Work

Change is everywhere and more change is happening.  Some leaders are helping people amp up their engagement as teams hit walls from being understaffed. Other leaders are preparing people to come back to the office. Still other leaders are helping people transition to new areas of focus as market and business conditions shift in the coming year. All kinds of changes require great leadership for success. One of the most important elements of successful change is people who share a vision of the future. Great leaders paint a compelling picture of what the future could be. Giving people a sense of what things will be like and how their role and contribution will be important to the team, will create organizational success.
