What is a Cocktail Huddle?

The Cocktail Huddle will be limited to twenty-five women only, so the first 25 women to RSVP for the Cocktail Huddle will be able to attend.

Presented by:
Crispin Spaeth, Movement and Performance Coach
Description:
Would you like more ease and confidence into your everyday communication? To be able to quickly adapt to different environments? To increase the odds of success in high-stakes moments?
In this participatory workshop, Crispin Spaeth will guide you through simple movement ideas that will open up new avenues of confidence and adaptability.
Crispin’s coaching is based in Integrative Alexander Technique (IAT), a secret sauce used by many accomplished performers (Amanda Gorman, Sting, Terri Gross, to name a few…)
We can all use it! Since IAT is based in human physiology, you already have the equipment.
In this workshop you will be shown strategies that you can use to:
- Manage your energy during high-stakes communication events
- Unlock physical efficiency anytime you need it
- Make choices, in the moment, about how to show up in any room
We’ll start here: Confidence looks different on everybody. There is no one-size fits all version of Executive Presence. You get to choose.
This 45-minute workshop will be followed by wine and appetizers. Crispin will be on hand for individual coaching and questions throughout the event.
